We want you to love your Yamazaki Home products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping fees may apply and will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original product packaging and shipping box to ensure they arrive at our warehouse undamaged.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once our team inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
