How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our reach to more countries in the near future.
How do I clean and maintain my Yamazaki products?
We recommend wiping steel components with a soft, damp cloth and mild detergent. For wooden accents, use a dry cloth or specialized wood cleaner to prevent moisture damage.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Because we aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, we can only accommodate cancellations or changes within 30 minutes of order placement.
